Benefits of the Birth preparation bundle
Preparing for birth is about more than knowing what to expect. It’s about preparing both your body and mind for the work ahead. The Birth Preparation Bundle brings together three carefully selected essentials to support you during the final weeks of pregnancy and help you approach birth feeling informed, confident and prepared.
Our organic Raspberry Leaf Tea is a traditional birth-preparation ritual that has been used by women for generations during the final weeks of pregnancy. It offers a simple daily moment to slow down, connect with your body and intentionally prepare for the transition into birth.
The Perineal Massage Oil supports the physical preparation of the perineum. More than a simple blend of base oils, it combines nourishing plant oils with Evening Primrose, Calendula, St. John’s Wort and Vitamin E to condition, moisturise and maintain the suppleness of the delicate skin. Its smooth texture provides the perfect glide for regular perineal massage as you gradually become familiar with stretching and pressure before birth.
And because preparation is also about knowing what you can actually do during labour, the Birth Card Deck gives you and your birth partner practical tools to take into the birth room. With 40 illustrated cards covering labour positions, breathing, counterpressure and birth-partner support, you’ll have simple techniques to turn to throughout the different stages of labour.
Together, these three essentials help you prepare from the inside out. Combining physical preparation with practical knowledge and confidence for birth.
